WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO: Lead and advise clients on the planning, delivery, and management of Enterprise Application transformation and modernization initiatives Help grow and shape our Digital & Tech Modernization practice by contributing thought leadership and experience to its products and service offerings Drive business development through the deepening of existing Point B client relationships and the identification of new clients not yet served Contribute to the firm’s growth and reputation by helping to develop and lead other Point B Associates

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU’VE ALREADY DONE: Earned a B.A. or B.S. degree 6-8+ years of experience in Digital Transformation and Enterprise Application modernization strategy and execution Hands-on experience in Enterprise Application modernization advisory, and program/delivery leadership Experience and subject matter expertise related to Enterprise Application SaaS solutions: CRM, SCM, ERP, POS, Restaurant Front of House and Back of House Applications. Enterprise Architecture Planning, selection, & implementation strategic advisory project services Developed holistic strategies (people, process, technology) for client Enterprise-wide Applications initiatives Built and cultivated business relationships and contributed to the growth of a practice area Demonstrated an ability to serve and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership teams Provided leadership across multiple industries (Retail, Restaurant/Hospi
