Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager - Brivo Channel to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a strong technical aptitude who thrives in a collaborative, partner-facing environment. As a RSM-BC, you will work closely with key resellers to expand the reach and sales of our product through the channel.
The successful candidate will have a blend of technical knowledge and sales acumen, enabling them to educate and enable partners, drive joint go-to-market strategies, and help partners effectively sell and support our product offerings. You will be instrumental in building and nurturing strong relationships with technology partners, ensuring alignment with our product vision and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Work with partner sales teams to co-develop sales strategies, campaigns, and promotions that target key customer segments. Leverage technical expertise to ensure partners are effectively positioning the product’s technical benefits to end customers.
- Partner Enablement: Collaborate with Brivo Sales People to ensure they understand our product offerings and value propositions. Provide ongoing training, resources, and technical support to ensure partners are well-equipped to sell our products effectively.
- Channel Growth & Revenue Generation: Drive sales through the channel by identifying opportunities, creating pipeline, and working with partners to close deals. Monitor and track partner performance, ensuring targets and quotas are being met.
- Product Knowledge & Support: Serve as a technical sales resource for partners and Brivo sales people, providing them with insights on the product's technical capabilities and how to best leverage it for customer success. Assist with product demos, solution configurations, and proof-of-concept activities.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for any sales-related issues, concerns, or technical inquiries.
- Market Intelligence: Gather and communicate feedback from the partner ecosystem to help shape product improvements and better understand market trends and competitive landscapes.
Experience
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of Cloud VMS, AI and Access Control.
- Hands-on experience with VMS.
- Familiarity with basic networking.
- Sales Skills:
- Proven track record in a sales role, preferably in a solution-based environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, prospects, and internal teams.
- Experience:
- 7 years of experience in a technical or engineering role.
- 5 years of experience in a sales role, ideally in VSAS/Cloud Computing.
- Experience with [CRM software, project management tools, or relevant industry software].
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in [Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field] or equivalent experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about customer needs.
- A self-starter with a proactive approach to driving sales and technical solutions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
