Job Description:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain the company's centralized gaming software asset management system and accurate records throughout the asset lifecycle, including purchased, promotional, acquired, deployed, available, reserved, transferred, retired, lost, or damaged software.
- Monitor inventory levels and partner with Operations to ensure software availability for installations, conversions, projects, and market needs.
- Create purchase requisitions and purchase orders, receive software into inventory, and reconcile purchases, receipts, manufacturer documentation, and related asset records.
- Coordinate software transfers and deployments between locations and ensure inventory records remain current and traceable.
- Develop and maintain KPI reporting and management dashboards covering inventory accuracy, utilization, aging, available versus committed inventory, purchased versus deployed software, purchase-to-deployment cycle time, manufacturer credits, and inventory discrepancies.
- Provide regular inventory analysis to Procurement, Finance, and Operations leadership to support forecasting, purchasing decisions, and asset planning.
- Identify aged, underutilized, and excess software inventory and prioritize redeployment or use of manufacturer credits before initiating new purchases.
- Track and report cost avoidance and other financial benefits generated through redeployment, inventory optimization, manufacturer credits, and improved purchasing decisions.
- Perform periodic inventory audits and reconciliations; investigate material variances, recurring discrepancies, and control issues and complete root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Compliance, Warehouse Operations, Market Operations, and gaming manufacturers to support accurate inventory tracking, reporting, and jurisdictional requirements.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, inventory controls, and data standards for gaming software asset management.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve software tracking, inventory accuracy, asset utilization, reporting, and supporting technology.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in asset management, inventory management, procurement, supply chain, or operations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of inventory data.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Coupa, or similar inventory management platforms.
- Experience in Salesforce a strong plus.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze and reconcile data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
- Experience within the gaming industry is preferred.

Base Pay Range:
$72,000-85
