Loan Operations Specialist I

Primary Purpose: 

Responsible for the day to day reconciliation of various bank related General Ledger and DDA Accounts.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Reconcile General Ledger accounts associated with loans.

• Reconcile Checking accounts associated with various aspects of the bank.

• Perform other reconciliation duties as needed.

• Report to appropriate departments or branches any outstanding reconciling items related to the above mentioned accounts.

• Complete, Convey and accept other duties as assigned

Job Specifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Accounting or reconciliation experience preferred

• NetTrax or ALS application experience preferred

• Excellent verbal and written skills

• Excellent computer and keyboarding skill

• Working knowledge of Google Excel and Word

• Ability to work under tight deadlines

• Ability to coordinate workflow duties
