You’ll be part of a great team known for strong communication skills. You will manage and oversee financial processes related to Advertising & Promotion expenses for the Middle East region, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and reconciliation of budgets and costs.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

• Advertisement & Promotion Tracker Management - Roll forward and maintain the trackers to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of marketing expenses, including maintenance and review of grids, and follow-up with the marketing team.
• Regular Meetings - Conduct regular meetings with Marketing Budget Owners and Senior Finance Managers for Cereal and Snacks to review and reconcile budgeted positions against targets, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
• Advertisement & Promotion Cost Centers - Set up and maintain Advertisement & Promotion cost centers as needed, manage brand allocation rules in Anaplan, and perform regular checks and validations within the Anaplan system to ensure data accuracy.
• Advertisement & Promotion Load Preparation: Prepare and review A&P load (winshuttle) to send to RTR, ensuring data accuracy.
• SAP/Actuals Checks - Check SAP against commitments in the grids, check open commitments, ensure POs are raised correctly, chase invoices, handle PO closing, vendor questions.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Financial Planning and Accounting Experience proven through knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficiency in English.
• A solid understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Understanding.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Competency in SAP, Excel and the Microsoft Office package.
