Job Description
Study Management is a core function within Global Clinical Development Operations (GCDO), leading clinical operations and trial execution to ensure the successful implementation of clinical trials. This group is dedicated to high-quality, timely, and cost-effective clinical studies, achieved through strategic planning, operational excellence, continuous learning, and strong collaboration. Central to our mission is a commitment to patient safety and engagement, ensuring that all aspects of the trials are conducted with the utmost consideration for participants.
How You Will Contribute:
Duties will include the following, under the manager's supervision
- Assist with daily operational tasks within the Study Management group
- Collaborate with various teams involved in clinical study management to align efforts effectively.
- Participate in cross-functional projects that support the overarching goals of the clinical team.
- Help with the planning, execution, and tracking of project objectives.
- Track and report on business objectives, contributing insights that may improve efficiency and optimization

Job Requirements:
- This position will be Hybrid and require 2-3 days in the Cambridge office per week.
- Undergraduate, Graduate, PhD, MD student with completion of a minimum of one year of university studies.
Internship Eligibility
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship
Must be currently enrolled in a degree program graduating December 2026 or later
The internship program is 10-12 weeks depending on the two start dates (May 26th-August 14th or June 15th- August 21st)
The intern must be able to commit to one of these time frames
Able to work full time 40 hours a week during internship dates
Takeda does not provide a housing stipend or relocation support for the U.S Summer Internship Program
