In our Finance Division, caregivers use their knowledge and expertise each day to enhance the Cleveland Clinic experience for patients, families, and visitors around the world. As an Analyst, you will support the International & Emerging Markets (IEM) business lines, including Management Agreements, Consulting (Connected) Engagements, Clinical Operations, and Business Development. In this role, you will provide financial analysis, support market financial operations and FP&A activities, and contribute to client facing initiatives. This position requires advanced analytical skills, the ability to independently lead workstreams, and ownership of complex project deliverables.

A caregiver in this position works from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (hours may vary based on international clients)

Candidates must reside locally in the Northeast Ohio area due to onsite meetings once per week.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:  

  • Manage client engagement delivery, including project planning, stakeholder coordination, timeline management, executive communications, and development of presentation-ready deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, dashboards, and performance reporting tools focused on key drivers such as volume, labor, productivity, revenue, expenses, and organizational performance.
  • Lead financial workstreams for client engagements, partnering with organizational leaders to deliver strategic, operational, financial, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted finance consultant, providing data-driven decision support, business case development, scenario modeling, and analytical recommendations for executives, operational leaders, and external clients.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and variance analysis activities, ensuring alignment between financial plans, operational assumptions, and organizational objectives.
  • Perform month-end and periodic financial close activities, including accruals, reporting, variance analysis, and preparation of management commentary.
  • Leverage enterprise reporting and database tools to retrieve, transform, and analyze complex datasets, enabling accurate external client reporting, internal business deliverables, research efforts, and strategic decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts through the development of standardized tools, templates, reporting solutions, and best practices that enhance efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
  • Support team development and knowledge sharing through onboarding, mentoring, professional development activities, and contribution to a collaborative learning environment.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field and four years of financial or revenue cycle management or general analytical experience

  • OR Master’s degree and three years of experience

  • OR Cleveland Clinic Finance Fellow experience and three years of experience

  • Ability to complete sophisticated analytical, consultative and information support through analysis and report preparation
