Our dynamic and global team seeks a versatile teammate with a solid background data operations and data platforms. Role Overview

We lead project teams and squads that deliver:

• Data & Analytics Solutions: accelerate client implementations, develop next generation analytics
• Engineering and data stewardship: run a modern data factory, enabling data platform as a service and positioning as backbone for various product consumption needs.
• Data Operations: Digitize the data supply chain across inputs, process dependencies, integrated QC and real time monitoring to achieve STP.

Required experience:

• Data governance, data access, data lineage, data monitoring, and security controls.
• Data engineering including experience in distributed data pipelines and test data engineering.

Project responsibilities:

• Lead global, multi-functional teams on projects using Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies, fostering team accountability and ensuring the delivery of high-quality value.
• Communicate effectively across all organizational levels and champion organizational change processes.
• Coach our teams to embrace flexibility and foster innovation while balancing firm standards and practices.
• Engage and partner with stakeholders, internal teams, vendors, and dependent teams in a multifaceted environment for effective teamwork and project success.
• Partner, collaborate and manage squad stakeholders, vendors, and dependent squads.
• Coach squads in self-organization.
• Help the squads achieve higher levels of Agile maturity.
• Tactically identify dependencies and blockers, track and help remove them accordingly.

Agile Events

• Ceremonies: effectively manage and facilitate Agile ceremonies to support development and product releases.
• PI and sprint planning: Help the squad to accomplish Sprint goals & PI OKRs by following ceremonies and planning / estimation of epics in Agile tools. Lead planning increment sessions to establish scope and build release plans.
• Retrospective: Identify pain points for Agile squad and bring in fresh practical ideas.

Product Shaping/Scope Management

• Support the product owner and provide education where needed especially in Product Backlog health, Dependency Management to better manage Releases.

This role requires a hybrid work model, so the candidate needs to be able to visit the office a few times a week.

Qualifications

• Experience as program manager, project manager, scrum master, scrum coach, or delivery lead.
• Experience delivering diverse and large-scale projects in a large enterprise-scale environment.
• Experience working with technical teams, architecture, and 3rd party suppliers/providers.
• Project experience with Datacenters, Azure, AWS, GCP, networks, servers (Windows & Linux), application deployments.
• Experience in leading and working with Squads covering end-to-end project delivery.
• Experience managing scrum of scrums
• 2 + years leading large scale transformation programs, involving business process and change, organization change, and multiple large-scale technology components
• 4+ years delivering large scale IT solutions leveraging Agile or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
