Trissential is seeking an IT Business Analyst to join our client’s team in Application Development and Support within the MCS IT division. In this pivotal role, you'll shape system enhancements, streamline healthcare applications, and partner closely with stakeholders to drive business value.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and validate technical requirements for enhancements on .NET Core, C++, and Angular platforms
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, document workflows, and design data/integration models
• Craft technical specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned with Agile Scrum frameworks
• Guide change management, conduct and validate test plans, ensuring solutions meet acceptance
• Employ process modeling (BPMN), root cause analysis, and ITIL-based service management
• Support platform integration on Google Cloud Platform, Azure DevOps, and oversee governance practices

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 3+ years as a business analyst with technical documentation experience
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
• Proficient with ITIL-based service management methods
• Experience with BPMN, technical requirements, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of data requirements, platform integration, and systems thinking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and analytical thinking

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience in healthcare technology
• Hands-on with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure DevOps) and lightweight documentation
• Familiarity with custom and vendor-supplied application management

Education & Certifications You Need

• High School Diploma / GED with 4 years of BA training/experienceOR
• Associate’s degree with 2 years of BA experienceOR
• Bachelor’s degree
