GoHighLevel CRM Specialist

This is a remote position.

We’re looking for a skilled GHL CRM Expert to join our team and help us optimize our CRM operations, automate workflows, and deliver seamless client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM systems for improved efficiency and performance.

• Build and implement automation workflows to streamline business processes.

• Oversee client onboarding, system customization, and campaign management.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and tracking of leads across all platforms (Meta, Google Ads, etc.).

• Implement and maintain advanced integrations between GHL, Meta Ads, and Google Ads to ensure accurate lead tracking, optimized funnels, and reliable performance reporting.

• Provide training, documentation, and technical support to users.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, results-driven solutions.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of proven experience working with GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM.

• Strong understanding of workflow automation and system customization.

• Experience integrating GHL with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Conversion APIs.

• Hands-on experience with funnel configuration, lead tracking, and reporting setup within GHL.

• Proficient in data analysis and maintaining data integrity.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
