Regional Homes Punta Gorda is looking for a Bilingual sales associate who is currently active on Facebook, Instagram, or Tik Tok. Seeking an outgoing personality with good communication and customer service skills. Any knowledge of building construction and loan financing a plus. Great health benefits & 401K. Job responsibilities:

• Meeting sales and marketing goals
• Excellent customer service skills
• Prospecting, marketing & promoting new business
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
• Working & communicating effectively with team and customers
• Understanding the loan process and credit analyzation
• Ability to work weekends (both Saturday & Sunday), evenings & some holidays

Candidates must possess:

• Closer and Negotiator state of mind
• Must be bilingual
• Strong communication skills

• A proven background in prospecting
• Amazing Follow up with prospects
• Ability to be a team player
• Marketing strategies and familiar with social media platforms
