Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Leader

Location: Modesto, CA

 

Position Overview: The Compensation and Benefits Leader will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the compensation and benefits strategy for PSC. This key position will be instrumental in driving our core value of 360-degree health and building programs to ensure that our team members are supported holistically in their wellness, including physical and mental health.

Salary Range: $120,000- $181,000 base compensation

 

Responsibilities:

  • Compensation and Benefits Strategy: Develop and implement a pay for performance and 360-degree health strategy that supports the attraction, retention, and engagement of top talent.
  • Compensation Management: Lead the design, implementation, and administration of competitive compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and recognition programs.
  • Benefits Administration: Oversee the management and administration of team member benefits programs, including health, dental, vision and wellness initiatives.
  • Leave Management: Develop and administer policies and procedures related to leave management, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.
  • Compliance and Governance: Stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and mitigate risks related to compensation and benefits.
  • Vendor Management: Partner with external vendors and consultants to optimize service delivery and maximize the value of outsourced programs and services.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyze key metrics and trends to assess the effectiveness of total rewards programs and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Change Management: Lead change management efforts related to total rewards initiatives, ensuring effective communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Culture and Engagement: Foster a culture of wellness, inclusivity, and engagement by promoting our value of 360-degree health and providing resources and support for team members' personal and professional growth.
  • HRIS Support: Provide support to optimize the system to support compensation and benefits execution.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), or other relevant certifications preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in total rewards management, preferably in a manufacturing or similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles, benefits administration, HRIS systems, and leave management practices.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
