📍 Location: Lakeport, CA
💰 Pay: $65–$70 per hour, based on experience
🕒 Schedule: Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities available

💼 What You'll Do:

• Provide speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing therapy services

• Develop individualized treatment plans to help residents meet functional goals

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to support overall care and outcomes

• Document progress and communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
