Come join a thriving team where you can play an integral role in shaping the future of entertainment technology. Job description:The senior functional solution architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and efficient NetSuite and finance solutions to meet the business needs. The role will play primary contact between the business and IT delivery teams for the NetSuite and finance suite of applications. This role will be SME that partners with stakeholders across various finance departments to understand their business requirements and pain points and translate into functional specifications and system designs to deliver an optimized solution.

 

 Key Responsibilities:Solution Design and Implementation

• Lead the design and implementation of NetSuite ERP solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and industry standards.
• Develop functional specifications and end-to-end solution design documents.
• Configure and customize NetSuite applications based on business needs
• Collaborate with integrations team to design and implement integrations between NetSuite and other business systems
• Perform business process analysis to design solutions that are relevant to the stakeholders and uses as much of the NetSuite available functions

 Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with the business stakeholders in the US, EMEA, India and APAC to define the requirements and end to end business process flows
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify their needs, manage expectation, mitigate risk and provide timely delivery
• Provide expert guidance on NetSuite capabilities, potential solutions, and best practices.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively
• Coach and mentor the team members on the appropriate business processes and NetSuite functionality

 Project Management

• Lead the project implementation from scoping, requirements gathering, design, build, testing, conversion, cutover and go live
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget
• Communicate the requirements and solution design to the offshore development team
• Build projects for the Suite Development Framework (SDF) migration

 Training, Support and Documentation

• Provide the NetSuite user training and walkthrough that the business users need to perform their daily work
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for NetSuite applications
• Create Save Searches, Dashboards, Financial Reports and Suite Analytics Workbook for the reporting requirements
• Review and develop project documentation (configuration, functional design, technical design, data migration, cutover) and ensure it conforms to the NetSuite best practice and approach
• Prepare test cases and assist/support UAT

 Continuous Improvements

• Stay updated with latest NetSuite features and functionalities
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements
• Implement best practices to optimize NetSuite performance and usability.

  Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, CS, or related field
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in NetSuite implementation and support.
• Must have at least two (2) NetSuite full life cycle implementation
• Proven experience as NetSuite functional and solution architect or similar role
• Demonstrated business acumen in finance and ability to effectively communicate with finance professionals.
• In-depth functional knowledge of NetSuite Financials, Order Management, Revenue Recognition, Tax and Procurement
• Familiar with these SuiteApps and 3rd party apps:  Zone Advance Billings, NetAsset, NetLease, NetSuite Dunning, OneSource IDT, Staria, BTS One, Flexspring
• Experience with NetSuite customizations, workflows, dashboard, Suite Scripts, SDF, Suite Analytics, Saved Search, Standard Report Writer and Financial Report Writer
• Familiar with JavaScript and object-oriented programming
• Experience in API, web service development, and integration tools like Workato and Celigo
• Excellent project management, organizational, communication and inter-personal skills.
