What You’ll Be Doing:
- Spend time in the field supporting clients with ADLs
- Train and onboard new caregivers
- Step in for client visits as needed
- Support caregivers with coaching and feedback
- Help screen new caregivers with the recruiting team
- Recommend scheduling and care plan updates
- Track caregiver performance and engagement
- Rotate on-call one week per month (paid bonus)
- Current CNA license in Pennsylvania
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience as a Home Health Aide or CNA
- Previous experience in training, leadership, or management preferred
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel across Montgomery County
Schedule & Pay
- Full-Time: Typically Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Weekends as Needed
- Must have open availability Monday-Friday 8am-8pm
- Some flexibility required to accommodate client care or emergent situations
- Starting Pay: $20/hour
- Mileage Reimbursement: $0.70/mile between client visits
- Rotating on-call required one week per month after training
- $100 bonus for each on-call week
