Position: Remote Mental Health Therapist – LCSW 

Compensation: Starting at $83,000/year | | Fully Remote (U.S. only) 

Flexible Schedule: Monday–Friday (8am-5pm EST)

Iris Telehealth is seeking compassionate LCSWs to provide therapy services for child, adolescent. As part of our team, you’ll work alongside experts in psychiatry and psychology, all with the robust administrative support you need to focus on what matters most—your patients.  

About the Role: 

• Setting: Outpatient in Pennsylvania – 100% Remote 

• Flexible Schedule: 40 hrs/week | Mon.-Fri.  

• Patient Population: Children and Adolescents (Ages 3+) 

Required Clinical Skills: 

• Experience diagnosing ADHD across developmental stages, with familiarity in standardized assessment tools and collateral gathering. 

• Proficiency in evidence-based behavioral treatments for ADHD, including parent management training, organizational skills training, and time-management interventions. 

• Ability to coach caregivers and coordinate care with schools and prescribing providers. 

• Preferred (not required): Familiarity with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) principles, and the ability to integrate relevant skills (e.g., mindfulness, distress tolerance, values-based activation) into treatment when appropriate.
