BeiGene USA, Inc. seeks Associate Director, Enterprise Applications in San Mateo, CA:

Job Duties:

The Associate Director, Enterprise Applications will be responsible for the enterprise systems and software deployed to support regulatory requirements and processes by the business. Specific duties include:

• Implement and deliver GxP Regulated applications (Regulatory Information Management Systems, Regulatory Publishing Solutions, Data Warehouse, Dashboard/Reporting/Analytic tools) to meet the various Regulatory, Clinical and Quality teams’ requirements and BeiGene’s business needs;

• Facilitate sessions for Requirements gathering and design/configuration workshops;

• Manage effective Support and Operations of Regulatory systems;

• Liaise with vendors, Field teams, Functional partners, Regulatory team partners, and the business to coordinate implementation activities;

• Serve as a Technology expert helping define and evolve IT strategic Technology Roadmap for Veeva;

• Configure and support of Veeva Regulatory, Quality and Clinical Vault systems;

• Manage System access for users and serve as System Manager on IT Change Control Boards;

• Provide support to team on work assignments across multiple projects; and

• Identify, contribute and deliver on process improvement initiatives.

Up to 25% will be domestic travel required.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or Closely Related Field and 6 years of progressively responsible experience in any occupation in IT Design, Implementation, & Analytics (i.e. delivering solutions, configuring changes, and providing analyses).

Special Skill Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability with software development lifecycle (SDLC) gained through four (4) years of work experience;

• Demonstrated ability working with IT Operations for business users in the pharmaceutical or life science industries gained through four (4) years of work experience; and

• Demonstrated ability working with Enterprise Applications, specifically Veeva Vault, Sharepoint, APIs, and Microsoft 365 gained through four (4) years of work experience.

Disregard the below range, the selected candidate will earn a wage of $197,599.00 - $248,400.00 per annum.

Salary Range: $141,600.00 - $191,600.00 annually
