Senior Manager - Government & Public Sector - Strategy & Organization

We help clients by delivering assessment, transformation and process efficiency solutions in specialty areas like finance, supply chain, internal audit & compliance, risk management, people and organizational change, strategic direction, and IT program transformation/IT consulting.Within our Business Transformation competency, we are looking for a Senior Manager to join our Government & Public Sector team in Brussels.

 

The role

You will work for public clients, especially in the areas of digitalization, optimization and organization design. You will support and accompany projects from strategy development to implementation at federal, regional and local level. You will take on a wide range of tasks:

 

• You lead the project-based consulting of national as well as regional institutions and facilities in the public sector
• You lead our interdisciplinary engagement team and ensure that they have a thorough understanding of our clients' unique needs, goals and expectations
• You will be responsible for performance management, identifying opportunities to improve our products and processes and supporting market development
• You advise our clients on the analysis of existing challenges as well as the implementation of correspondingly complex solutions, concepts and models that serve as a basis for political and economic decisions
• You develop options for action in strategic and operational decision-making processes with the help of international standards and multidimensional models

 

Profile

• You have a degree in economics and social sciences or a law degree and are passionate about topics in the field of public sector, digitalization, optimization and organization design
• You have at least 8+ years of professional experience in one of the following areas: Public Administration, Digital Transformation, Energy, Environment, Mobility – in an advisory role for the public sector
• You have experience within business development
• You impress with your pronounced flexibility and openness to new, varied challenges
• You work precisely, in a structured and independent manner
• You have strong analytical skills and a quick grasp of things
• You are a team player with commitment
• You like to take on responsibility and have already gained experience in managing projects and leading project teams
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills in Dutch, French and English
