Overview:

As a Consultant in Solution Delivery, you’ll help leading financial and retirement organizations translate complex business needs into innovative, high-value solutions. You’ll work closely with product experts, delivery teams, and client stakeholders to ensure every solution delivers measurable business impact. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, someone who listens deeply, asks smart questions, and enjoys turning ideas into real outcomes for clients.

What you will do:

Collaborate & Consult

• Partner with cross-functional team members and client stakeholders to align on business goals and solution priorities.
• Build trusted relationships across teams—serving as a bridge between business objectives and technical delivery.
• Bring a curious, consultative mindset to uncover client challenges and identify the most effective path forward.
• Communicate progress, surface dependencies, and collaborate to remove blockers that impact delivery.
• Contribute to a team culture that values openness, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Design & Deliver Solutions

• Analyze client business requirements and map them to practical, scalable product solutions.
• Contribute to refining solution features into actionable deliverables with clear outcomes.
• Support testing and validation activities to ensure solutions deliver real-world value.
• Participate in product demonstrations and feedback sessions to highlight progress and shape future enhancements.
• Develop a strong understanding of our product capabilities and how they solve real client problems.

Grow, Learn, & Lead by Example

• Deepen your expertise in the Pension Risk Transfer (PRT) and Retirement industries to anticipate client needs.
• Continuously expand your product and domain knowledge to serve clients better.
• Strengthen your consulting and communication skills to influence outcomes and build trust.
• Contribute to team learning through retrospectives, feedback sessions, and shared best practices.

What We're Looking For:

Essential Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in solution delivery, consulting, or business analysis within technology or financial services.
• Strong analytical and communication skills—able to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable deliverables.
• Comfort working in a collaborative, team-based environment where priorities can shift and new ideas are welcome.
• Proven ability to balance multiple workstreams while maintaining focus on delivering client value.

Bonus Points For

• Background in Pension Risk Transfer (PRT), Retirement, or Financial Services.
• Familiarity with Agile practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and the ability to apply them pragmatically.
• Experience with requirements gathering, issue resolution, or client solution design.
• Demonstrated success in client-facing roles where communication and relationship-building were key.
