Help shape and build the team and then deliver our goal by creating great apps for our users.</li> <li>Ensure consistent design and use of components and workflows across international apps. </li> <li>Demonstrate these group wide assets by successfully implementing them for the Swiss Team</li> <li>Translate the company’s internationalization strategy and use as basis for successful implementation of the Swiss App.You will be working in a cross-functional set-up to explore the Swiss market and determine the right direction to build a winning product</li> <li>are responsible to plan, coordinate and monitor new product solutions in multidisciplinary project teams for our european business units</li> <li>collaborate closely with other Product Creation teams, sales operations, development, key account management, and marketing to identify relevant problems and develop smart and reusable solutions for our Swiss / international customers from scratch</li> <li>define, prioritize and analyze products metrics and reconciling business goals, user needs and implementation efforts to shape requirements, features and products</li> <li>Work toward finding product market fit and develop a vision for Switzerland that guides your product roadmap</li> <li>Create a “built here” customer experience owning all localization efforts</li> <li>define and share best practices for managing an international product with all Product teams</li> <li>have a “getting things done” attitude in order to achieve fast results with high quality and always have the big picture in view</li> </ul> <p><strong>You:</strong></p> <ul> <li>have a strong PM background with at least 3 years experience, ideally in building and scaling international apps at a FinTech / InsurTech</li> <li>can build strong relationships within a cross-functional team and beyond</li> <li>are able to translate strong user empathy and understanding of pain points and needs into something tangible that people love</li> <li>have a structured and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects while sticking to realistic goals and timelines</li> <li>have very strong analytical skills with in-depth experience in both quantitative and qualitative analytics</li> <li>combine your hands-on mentality with strong strategic skills</li> <li>are familiar with agile methods and data driven decision making</li> <li>are a team player and highly motivated to learn</li> <li>are a level C1 or native speaker in German and English</li> <li>ideally have managed several products over the entire product life cycle or founded your own company / non-profit </li> </ul> <p><strong>Why CLARK?</strong></p> <ul> <li>We encourage and support your proactive initiatives, strong contributions and relevant ideas</li> <li>We support you if a relocation is necessary</li> <li>Want to inspire and share knowledge?
