Integrated FIrm Field Engagement - Global Client Coverage Director

The Internal Field Engagement GCC Team is seeking a dynamic and proactive VP/AVP to join our team. This role is pivotal to the delivery of the Integrated Firm Field Engagement teams success ensuring timely and accurate follow-up from regional and market engagements, supporting tactical initiatives, and establishing trust as the primary point of contact for advisors. The successful candidate will provide support for inbound and outbound inquiries from the field, offer proactive solutions to Financial Advisors, and coordinate efforts around local, regional, and national initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Market Executive Teams and Financial Advisors to drive growth and engagement.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with Advisors and Market Leadership across the region to enhance collaboration and trust. Emphasize the importance of making meaningful connections.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic and tactical business plans in conjunction with IFET leadership to ensure continuous market engagement and alignment with regional priorities.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Morgan Stanley Workplace and SCM capabilities, positioning them effectively to meet client needs. Knowledge of workplace solutions is a plus.
- Advisor Support: Provide ongoing support to Financial Advisors and Management team members, facilitating their growth through training, education, and personalized interactions.
- Cross-Functional Engagement: Collaborate with Product Partners across the Firm to ensure Financial Advisors are well-informed about existing and new tools and resources and able to meet their clients needs
- Initiative Rollout: Support the rollout of key initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and adoption within the field.
- Data Analysis: Conduct deep dive book reviews and segmentation to identify opportunities for enhanced advisor engagement and performance.
- Support the IFET during Field engagement pre- post in Market Meetings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of the field is a plus.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a positive and can-do attitude
- Ability to make connections and follow items to completion
- Ability to work effectively in undefined areas and adapt to changing environments.
- Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $110,000 and $115,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
