The Senior Product Owner – Digital Solutions uses expertise in product management and primary care operations to provide impactful technology solutions. It is fully remote and reports to the Associate Director, Product Management. You will encompass all phases of the product life cycle, from creation to market introduction. Post-launch, the PO monitors product performance, using feedback from patients, clinicians, and business partners to ensure solutions meet expectations and adjusts to achieve desired outcomes. You will influence departmental strategy on complex technical approaches for product components, working independently to determine objectives and approaches to assignments. You will collaborate with front-line team members, and middle and senior-level leaders, to create technology solutions that enhance their work and the care provided to patients. A technical aptitude, understanding of primary care practice operations, Experience communicating product updates, milestones, and progress to internal and external partners are necessary for success in this role.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product ownership or similar role.
• Proven track record of delivering successful digital products.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development life cycles.
• Experience with product development tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
• Knowledge of digital technologies such as cloud computing, mobile apps, or web development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification.
• MBA or other related graduate-level degree.
• Knowledge of CRM integration (e.g., Salesforce) and patient engagement technologies.
• Experience with cloud-based healthcare solutions and interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7).
• Extensive experience in customer-facing healthcare settings, with a focus on technology solutions.
• Experience with managed care practices.

Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

 

$94,900 - $130,500 per year

 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
