We are looking for a HR Graduate to join our team and support our transformational projects in HR with a global impact in all Puig subsidiaries. </p> <p>We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as HR Graduate. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of our strategic culture initiatives, supporting organizational transformations and ensuring implementation of global HR initiatives. </p> <h2>What you'll get to do</h2> <p> </p> <p>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for enhancing our working culture to have a global impact on all Puig business units </p> <p>- Participate in cross-functional and cross-regional teams to implement transformational initiatives related to ways of working and wellbeing </p> <p>- Identify and address challenges to ensure successful implementation of these initiatives </p> <p>- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders </p> <p>- Contribute to the development of best practices and continuous improvement of our culture initiatives </p> <p>- Collaborate with HR managers and business partners to understand the current state of the organization and the desired future state. </p> <p>- Learn from the best HR professionals and develop your skills and competencies in a dynamic and diverse environment </p> <h2>We'd love to meet you if you have</h2> <p>- Has a bachelor's degree or master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields </p> <p>- Has a strong interest and passion for HR and the fashion and fragrance industry </p> <p>- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural and matrix organization </p> <p>- Has a proactive and flexible attitude, with the willingness to learn and take on new challenges </p> <p>- Has strong understanding of organizational culture and change management </p> <p>- Has strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively </p> <p>- Has a high level of English, and any other language is a plus </p> <p> </p> <h2>A few things you'll love about us</h2> <ul><li>An entrepreneurial, creative and welcoming work culture </li><li>A range of learning and development opportunities </li><li>An international company with plenty of opportunities to grow </li><li>A competitive compensation &amp; benefits package </li></ul>
