RESPONSIBILITIES

To further strengthen our Talent Management & People Engagement Services we are looking for a passionate colleague to work on talent management topics within our team.  As part of our dynamic team, you can expect exciting tasks in an international environment. 

• You contribute and support global projects which can include problem identification and impact analysis, development of a sustainable solution, change management, communication and delivery in the area of Talent Management in collaboration with the Talent Management community from different part of the company.  

• Additionally, you support the design and roll-out of new Talent Management Services in collaboration with colleagues from other service hubs. 

• You are responsible for the implementation of Talent Management measures in the areas of Leadership Excellence, Talent and Career Development.   

• Further, you share knowledge on trends in Leadership Development, Employee Development and Talent Management. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master degree or equivalent, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or similar relevant fields with at least 2 years of experience in HR, ideally also in Talent Management or Learning and Development 

• in depth knowledge and interest in Talent Management and Learning & Development topics 

• excellent presentation and communication skills in English, German a plus 

• entrepreneurial behavior with a high degree of ownership

• service mindset as well as high customer orientation as well as a committed team player with strong communication skills 

BENEFITS

• Gross annual salary (full-time): 38.000 - 43.000 €, depending on qualification and work experience, 45.000 - 49.000 € possible with correspondingly higher qualifications.​
• In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
• Flexible working hours so that you can organize your working and private life according to your needs.
• Location-independent work models with defined days of presence in Berlin and place of residence in Germany.
• Work mobile from other EU countries for up to six weeks.
