Position Title: Sr. Manager SAP – Master Data Management (MDM)

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

1. Team Lead – Manage small to medium projects, with responsibility for project cadence, quality, and timeliness of project deliverables.
2. Direct project resources and/or recommend and create internal development procedures and methodologies.
3. Responsible for process design, configuration, assistance with testing, and requirements gathering.
4. Prepare proof of concept for new functional requirement and demonstrate to business teams.
5. Conduct workshops to capture business requirements for SAP S4 MDG.
6. Work with Master Data Domains like customer/vendor/financials/materials.
7. Advise the client and project team on the merits and demerits of different solution approaches in sight and recommend the best solution from technical feasibility point of view.
8. Create an integration test plan with for MDG + Data Services Information Steward and S4 backend.
9. Gather requirements and set up a fully functional development, test, and production environment to deliver MDG.
10. Provide solutions for end-to-end Master Data Governance (MDG), Conversion & Integration, including Master Data Management, Data governance, Data profiling, Extract, cleanse, map & transform, and load the data into target systems using various SAP tools such as SAP ECC, SAP MDG/UI, SAP BRF+, SAP WebDynPro, SAP BODS, SAP ABAP, SAP NetWeaver, SAP PI/XI, and ALE/IDOC.

 

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

 

Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a directly related field of study, plus the following experience:

 

1. 12 years of progressively responsible and related IT experience;
2. Experience performing the lead role for three end-to-end implementation projects at client location;
3. 12 years of experience in project life cycle activities on development projects;
4. 12 years of experience in project life cycle activities on maintenance projects;
5. 8 years of experience in EACH of the following: Business Process Consulting, problem definition, and Architecture Processes to include designing and detailing; 
6. 5 years of experience in SAP Data Quality Management;
7. 8 years of experience in Master Data Consolidation;
8. 12 years of experience preparing requirement documents and functional specifications b
