Junior ServiceNow Developer

Job Description: The ServiceNow Developer will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet the unique needs and requirements of our clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity for experienced developers to work on challenging projects and make a real impact in transforming how organizations manage their IT services and operations.Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to gather requirements and design solutions that leverage the ServiceNow platform.Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and integrations using JavaScript, HTML/CSS, XML, and other web technologies.Configure and customize ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB to meet business needs.Design and implement ServiceNow UI/UX enhancements, including custom forms, portals, and dashboards.Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and applications using APIs, web services, and middleware technologies.Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts, business rules, ACLs, and other configuration items to automate processes and enforce governance.Perform unit testing, system testing, and integration testing of ServiceNow solutions to ensure quality, reliability, and performance.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and errors reported by users or identified during testing and implementation.Provide technical guidance, support, and training to clients, team members, and stakeholders on ServiceNow best practices, capabilities, and features.Stay informed of latest trends, updates, and developments in the ServiceNow platform and ecosystem, and share knowledge with the team.
