We are currently seeking <b>Senior Graphic Designer</b> in <b>Romania</b>.<br/>Senior Graphic Designer – 3D, CAD &amp; AI Specialist <br/>We are seeking a visionary and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our team in Philippines. with robust experience in 3D rendering, CAD,  digital asset creation, and AI-driven design tools. You will play a pivotal role in shaping product packaging and visual identities for both print and digital channels, while collaborating with teams across design, marketing, and product development. <br/>This position requires a passion for pushing creative boundaries through emerging technologies and a  proven ability to manage complex, multi-stage projects from concept to execution.  A strong portfolio featuring product and packaging. <br/> <h3>Design &amp; Technical Execution: </h3> <ul> <li>Lead the creation of packaging, digital assets, product visuals, and layered artwork for print and digital use. </li><li>Develop original, on-brand graphics and 3D renderings for product packaging and marketing materials, ensuring  accuracy along with lifestyle images using AI-generated imagery, photography, digital composition or other advanced graphic design methods. </li><li>Create immersive and aspirational lifestyle imagery, bringing a sense of modern style and a lifestyle-driven approach to all visual outputs, current product offerings target female perspective. </li><li>Translate CAD files and technical drawings from factories into compelling graphic assets and final packaging layouts. </li><li>Utilize generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, Runway ML) to accelerate ideation, develop concepts, and refine deliverables. </li><li>Manage and organize layered artwork, digital assets, and files for both in-house use and external vendors. </li><li>Prepare detailed specs, tech packs, and presentation materials for production, collaborating closely with cross- functional teams.  </li><li>Collaboration &amp; Brand Stewardship: Work with brand managers, purchasing, marketing, and product teams to understand project goals, target  audiences, and key messages. </li><li>Participate in design reviews and present concepts with confidence and clarity. </li><li>Maintain brand guidelines, help evolve our visual identity, and champion high standards of creative execution. </li><li>Innovation &amp; Process Improvement: Stay current with design and 3D trends. </li><li>Identify opportunities to integrate new tools, including AI and advanced 3D software, into design workflows. </li><li>5+ years professional experience in graphic design, product design, or related fields (agency, tech, gaming, or consumer goods preferred). </li><li>Expert proficiency in: 3D and CAD tools: Blender, SolidWorks, Rhino, Fusion 360, KeyShot, or equivalent. </li><li>Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), plus Figma, Sketch, or similar platforms. </li></ul> <h3>Advanced understanding of: </h3> <ul> <li>Generative AI and AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly, Runway ML). </li><li>Layered artwork creation, digital asset management, and file preparation for both print and digital  outputs. </li><li>Typography, color theory, layout, and brand storytelling. </li><li>Solid understanding of women-friendly branding and the ability to design visuals that resonate with a female audience. </li><li>Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills. </li><li>Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. </li><li>Familiarity with video editing. </li><li>Prior experience developing or refining brand guidelines. </li><li>Knowledge of for consumer products. </li><li>Portfolio link or PDF with relevant packaging and product design work, including at least one project  showcasing development from a CAD file. </li><li>Portfolio demonstrating: End-to-end packaging and product design (must include examples based on CAD files). </li><li>Digital and physical asset creation.</li></ul><b><span>About 1840 &amp; Company</span></b><br/><span>1840 &amp; Company is a global leader in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and remote talent solutions, dedicated to propelling businesses forward through our comprehensive suite of services.
