Building Maintenance Technician I

Performs and manages industrial water treatment. Manage pneumatic tube system software and repair its mechanical systems. Service and maintain medical gas systems. Must become certified in medical gas systems within 2 years. Manage and maintain helipad heating systems. Manage and maintain septic and wastewater systems. Reverse Osmosis system management. Maintain inventory and recommend supplies and equipment for purchase.
Must be able to prioritize work to see the needs of the patient come first. Complete work orders as assigned and in a timely manner. Record work time electronically in a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Attend and participates in classes, seminars, workshops, and other continuous education as appropriate to enhance professional knowledge and skills. All other duties as assigned by supervisor. 

Min. 2-year associates degree in MEP trade Or Certified Healthcare Mechanic Certification. 3-years experience in a related field or completion of MEP trade apprenticeship program or equivalent. Driver License is required.
