Job Summary:
- Service is the foundation of everything we stand for at Vail Resorts and our Housekeeping team is the start of creating that experience of a lifetime for our guests. Responsible for making sure our facilities are clean and meet brand standards, Housekeepers are detail-oriented masters of Hospitality.
Job Specifications:
- Starting Wage: $23.00/hr-$26.53/hr

Job Responsibilities:
- Organize and assign room assignments for daily cleaning service to guest rooms as well as common areas and commercial spaces.
- Inspect rooms, verify and report status and/or discrepancies of rooms and enter into property management system.
- Submit work orders, as needed
- Ensure excellent internal and external guest experience
- Emphasize safety culture among staff and keep them informed of safety policies and procedures.
- Train new employees on safety, room directions/specifications, stocking carts, and ergonomics.
- Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Enforces policies and procedures
- Direct and be in charge of department when housekeeping managers are not present.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Job Requirements:
- Valid US drivers license - required
- 1-3 years of previous housekeeping experience preferred, guest service or hospitality a plus
- Must be able to communicate in English, bilingual a plus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including split shifts, nights, holidays, and weekends
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand for extended periods, up to 4 hours while consistently bending and lifting
