Primary Responsibilities

• Lead a team of IT Project Managers and Application Owners involving organizational transformation to all areas to support EquipmentShare’s long-term objectives and strategic goals
• Provide program management across all IT transformation & project manager activities, ensuring key project deliverables are realized and maintained, such as scope, risks, quality control, benefits realization, reporting, and other aspects
• Maintain and support EquipmentShare’s project management information systems to support monitoring for deliverables & key performance indicators related to transformation and project performance domains
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to all involved stakeholders & leadership related to strategy, project delivery, risk & issue mitigation, and statuses
• Forecast and track resource requirements needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Oversee project scoping activities, baselines, & schedules and proactively manage the planning and mitigation for any dependencies, risks, & issues required to maintain business continuity
• Measure project performance and delivery through key performance indicators in partnership with the IT director & manage reporting and mitigation activities related to performance gaps
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, & standards throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Utilize defined project performance metrics and lessons learned to maintain a pipeline for continual improvement for future transformation and project activities
