Position Summary
The Product Analyst actively collaborates in the development of the incubation of new M&A projects which include the preparation of reports, pitching presentations, data analysis, benchmarking analysis, and support on the development of new M&A processes.
Position Duties / Responsibilities
Commercial
- Actively collaborate in the development of Pitching Presentations to clients.
- Collaborate in the development of Teasers and Confidential Information Memorandum.
- Elaborate presentations for: Top Management, Committees, and meetings with Commercial teams.
- Supports the commercial follow up with the different offices and maintain the pipeline.
- Support the development of activities of the area with other areas within the Group.
- Develop and control tools and metrics, using a quantitative and qualitative analysis, that will help to evaluate the performance of the area.
Marketing
- Coordinate with Marketing team all the pitching presentations to clients.
Development
- Analyze Financial Statements and to elaborate Financial Reports.
- Organize information from current vendors (like Capital IQ, Pitchbook, Dealogic, TTR), analyze the data, identify comparables and prepare summaries
- Analyze benchmark data and prepare valuations reports based on trading and transactional M&A multiples
- Support in the elaboration of Discounted Cashflow Valuation Models
- Collaborate in new projects where is involved.
- Actively contribute with ideas to improve the efficiency of the Department using the knowledge of the bank.
Other duties as assigned or requested by Supervisor
Specialized Knowledge
• At least 1 year of experience in M&A
• Able to maintain Databases
• Developed skills in Excel (for preparation of financial models) and Power Point (for elaboration of pitching presentations)
• Desire to challenge the status quo and create innovative solutions
• Flexible and Adaptable to change
• Highly motivated by new challenges and professional growth
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
Business Experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience or demonstrated required level of proficiency
Supervisory / Management Scope
- Individual contributor
Technical Knowledge•
- Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Computer savvy.
- Ability to multitask

Working Conditions: Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. Occassional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown. Physically capable of lifting up to fifty pounds, able to bend, kneel, climb ladders.
