<p><strong>Description:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manages the assigned outstanding accounts</li> <li>Notifies customers with overdue debt and attempts to secure payment using telephone, fax, email, letters</li> <li>Records information about financial status of customer and status of collection efforts</li> <li>Receives calls from customers who have inquiries related to their ledger account balances or payments</li> <li>Establishes and monitors credit limits</li> <li>Processes orders on hold by assessing associated risk and liaising with customers</li> <li>Records information about financial status of customer and the status of assessment process</li> <li>Processes written queries (mail/fax/post) received from customers within agreed SLAs</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Very good English skills</li> <li>Educational background in Accounting/Economical field is an asset</li> <li>Experience in activities that imply relation with customers/call center/front office activities is a plus</li> <li>Very good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team</li> <li>Professional approach to work and positive attitude</li> <li>Capacity to work under pressure</li> <li>Good organizational skills</li> <li>Good practical knowledge of MS Office tools</li> </ul>
