A world of wonder awaits you.</p><p></p><p><b>About the job </b></p><p>You will be responsible for developing and implementing the global procurement strategy within Digital/IT categories to maximize the benefits of strategic sourcing under the lead of the Global Category Manager and in close cooperation the respective demand owners.</p><p>Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p><ul><li>Under the lead of the Global Category Manager, develop and regularly update the category strategic plan and underlying policies for the assigned procurement categories always in accordance with the Corporate Procurement policies and vision and in the best interest of Swarovski.</li><li>Implement the global sourcing initiatives and responsible to execute the defined source to contract process.</li><li>Be the Primary point of contact between the business/stakeholder and suppliers, supporting procurement and contracting activities including pre-qualification, tender and auction management</li><li>Identify savings potentials supported by market insights to ensure the achievement of the service targets with respect to quality, cost and time.</li><li>Identify and manage sourcing risks and report them to the Global Category Manager, Procurement Excellence and to business stakeholders.</li><li>Negotiate, conclude and maintain global contracts with a significant economic impact.</li><li>Ensure that all practices meet applicable legal requirements as well as relevant internal policies and procedures.</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders and expert functions in clarifying requirements.</li><li>Monitor supplier performance.</li><li>Support supplier relationship management regarding qualification and development of the suppliers in order to ensure existence of an adequate supplier base in the procurement systems.</li><li>Reduce maverick spend and identify possibilities to improve the ordering process.</li></ul><ul><li>Implement the source to contract processes for all goods and services for the involved business partners and provide feedback to improve these processes</li></ul><p></p><p><b>About you </b></p><p>We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:</p><ul><li>University degree/Education</li><li>Minimum 7 years of professional experience with at least 5 years in sourcing on Digital &amp; IT category (Media, eCommerce, hardware, software, managed services, cloud, etc)</li><li>Excellent business understanding and stakeholder management</li><li>Excellent procurement expertise (regional and global markets, purchasing guidelines, support legal documentation, claim management, risk management, procurement methods, market know-how in the various categories)</li><li>Strong sourcing experience and negotiations skills</li><li>Excellent communicator able to demonstrate very effective communication with senior management</li><li>Advanced SAP/ARIBA Knowledge (understanding End to End process flow)</li><li>S2C process knowledge</li><li>Advanced MS Office knowledge</li><li>Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization</li><li>Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What we offer</b></p><p>You can expect a range of benefits, including:</p><ul><li>Private medical coverage</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Employee Assistance Program</li><li>MyBenefit program</li><li>Employee social fund</li><li>Recognition awards</li><li>Swarovski products discounts</li><li>Learning and development programs</li><li>Volunteering leave</li><li>Hybrid working model</li></ul><p></p><p>Based on our recent employee survey, our colleagues are highly motivated to continue their journey with Swarovski GBS due to our excellent work-life balance, flexible hybrid working model, and the supportive, inspiring people they work with.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Masters of Light Since 1895</b></p><p>Swarovski creates beautiful crystal-based products of impeccable quality and craftsmanship that bring joy and celebrate individuality.</p><p>Founded in 1895 in Austria, the company designs, manufactures and sells the world's finest crystal, gemstones, Swarovski Created Diamonds and zirconia, jewelry, and ac
