As the Institute Director II, you are responsible for leading two of the most prestigious, patient-facing programs in the enterprise, Executive Health and Concierge Medicine. Both of which serve the organization’s most high-profile patients including C-Suite executives, major donors, and public figures. Your efforts will center on ensuring administrative efficiency, provider support and integrity across multiple geographic markets including Ohio, Florida, and Nevada—and work strategically with international sites in London, Abu Dhabi, and Toronto. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the next generation of concierge care and executive health; while closely collaborating with the department chair, local site leaders and hospital executives, you will help Cleveland Clinic continue striving to provide world-class and patient-centered care across the globe.
A caregiver in this position works days, from 8:00AM—5:00PM.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Collaborate with physician and APP leadership to optimize provider productivity and schedule (weekly or inpatient service).
Manage provider template design, decision tree and provider fill rates (outpatient institutes).
Lead team responsible for provider recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, manage provider allocation to support facility space utilization and work with hospital teams to enable hospital throughput.
Partner with Ambulatory Operations/Access Team for scheduling inbound and outbound patients and ensuring scheduling algorithms and standard work are optimized routinely.
Work closely with local teams to ensure they are structured to meet patients served and growth targets.
Align practices within market to enterprise standards established by Institute, implement practice support models and ensure coordination between local provider support teams.
Assess and report service line financial performance (patient level encounter reporting), including revenue per encounter, cost per encounter, contribution margin and LOS observed.
Consistently evaluate profitability of services at each location and consult market and shared services
