Corporate Real Estate is hiring a Senior Manager to join the Strategy and Planning team charged with Workplace Content strategy and planning for the New Home Office and overall corporate portfolio.
We are looking for a dynamic candidate with a strong project management consulting background and a proven track record of spearheading strategic initiatives and creating executive-level materials to drive a robust process driven framework.
What you'll do...
Lead strategy development, align projects with organizational goals, collaborate with cross-functional teams to set priorities, drive data-informed decisions, identify and remove performance barriers, allocate resources effectively, and define, implement, and monitor performance standards to adapt to business needs.
Lead large-scale change initiatives, align them with organizational goals, and build relationships with senior leadership to ensure successful adoption and integration of new strategies and processes
Manage high-impact, cross-functional projects to drive innovation and optimize outcomes by implementing industry best practices, ensuring alignment with business goals, and delivering measurable results.
Create and execute data-driven strategies to support project and business goals. Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of projects and operational performance across departments. Collaborate with senior leadership to track financial and operational performance, ensuring strategic goals are met.
Client and Market Focus involves a customer-first approach to project management, enhancing customer experience and supporting Winning Workplace principles. This includes optimizing customer satisfaction, incorporating feedback, and using market insights to keep the company competitive and ahead of industry trends.
What you’ll bring:
Strong proficiency in analytical thinking, with the capacity to rigorously analyze, synthesize, and validate large datasets.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Expertise in creating high-quality executive-level materials and presentations.
Minimum of 3 years of experience at a reputable management consulting firm is preferred; comparable experience in corporate strategy and finance will also be considered
Bachelor's degree in business or finance; MBA preferred
