We are committed to building a best-in-class organization by empowering top talent with the resources, autonomy, and support needed to deliver results and advance their careers in a high-performance environment.</p></div><p><span style="text-decoration: underline; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Role Overview:</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The Project Manager - Multifamily Facilties is responsible for overseeing the planning, budgeting, and execution of property-level capital improvements across a portfolio of multifamily assets.&nbsp; This includes managing renovation projects, infrastructure upgrades, Fire &amp; Life Safety (F&amp;LS) systems, and elevator modernization or compliance.&nbsp; The role requires close coordination with internal teams, property management, vendors, and regulatory authorities to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and aligned with asset performance goals.</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Plan and manage capital expenditure (CapEx) projects such as interior unit renovations, roof replacements, site work, mechanical system upgrades, and common area improvements.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Oversee Fire &amp; Life Safety (F&amp;LS) compliance initiatives including fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, emergency lighting, exit signage, and annual testing/certifications.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage elevator modernization, maintenance contracts, inspections, and compliance with local and national elevator safety codes.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Conduct property walks and condition assessments to identify and prioritize CapEx and safety needs.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Prepare scopes of work, obtain bids, manage vendor selection, and execute contracts in</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">accordance with company policy.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules; ensu
