This includes managing renovation projects, infrastructure upgrades, Fire & Life Safety (F&LS) systems, and elevator modernization or compliance. The role requires close coordination with internal teams, property management, vendors, and regulatory authorities to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and aligned with asset performance goals.</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Plan and manage capital expenditure (CapEx) projects such as interior unit renovations, roof replacements, site work, mechanical system upgrades, and common area improvements.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Oversee Fire & Life Safety (F&LS) compliance initiatives including fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, emergency lighting, exit signage, and annual testing/certifications.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage elevator modernization, maintenance contracts, inspections, and compliance with local and national elevator safety codes.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Conduct property walks and condition assessments to identify and prioritize CapEx and safety needs.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Prepare scopes of work, obtain bids, manage vendor selection, and execute contracts in</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">accordance with company policy.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules; ensu
