Are you looking for a flexible schedule that allows you to work overnights only on the weekends and still receive full-time benefits? Join University Health Behavioral Health Parker House Group Home as a Mental Health Technician on our weekend overnight team! Work Saturday and Sunday, 7 PM–7:30 AM, while earning both a weekend shift differential and an overnight shift differential. Enjoy full-time benefits and the option to pick up additional shifts for extra income.
What You'll Do:
As a Mental Health Technician on our weekend overnight shift team, you’ll play a vital role in providing compassionate care to residents while ensuring the smooth operation of our residential care facility. This role blends meaningful client interaction with essential overnight responsibilities, offering a unique opportunity to make a real difference. Your responsibilities will include:
Engage and Support Residents: Spend time with residents during the evening hours, providing emotional support and engaging them in light, meaningful activities to help them unwind.
Medication Administration: Assist with administering morning medications (training provided) and ensure proper documentation.
Client Wellness Checks: Conduct regular rounds to monitor residents while they sleep, ensuring safety, comfort, and peace of mind throughout the night.
Administrative Duties: Complete key overnight tasks, including billing, shift reports, and documentation updates to prepare for daytime staff.
Facility Maintenance: Perform light cleaning, safety checks on equipment, and other tasks to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
Prepare for Day Shift: Coordinate and ensure all preparations are completed for a smooth handoff to the daytime team.
