Position Overview

Provide hands-on administration and support for Microsoft 365 collaboration and productivity services in an enterprise environment, with a focus on SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and the Power Platform. This role partners closely with business and technical stakeholders to support site architecture, permissions, workflow automation, and user adoption across Microsoft 365. The position also supports emerging capabilities such as Microsoft Copilot and Power BI, helping ensure users can safely and effectively leverage insights, automation, and AI-enabled features. Strong troubleshooting skills, documentation practices, and an ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users are essential.

Required Experience

  • Experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment

  • Strong working knowledge of SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams, including permissions, site management, and collaboration features

  • Experience supporting or governing SharePoint site architecture, including Classic and Modern site layouts and basic design principles

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate and Power Apps) for workflow support and troubleshooting

  • Experience working with cloud-based storage and collaboration platforms

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users

  • Ability to produce clear technical documentation, including processes, procedures, and user-facing guidance

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI, including report consumption, basic troubleshooting, and data access considerations

  • Exposure to Microsoft Copilot or other AI-assisted productivity tools, including user support, governance awareness, or adoption enablement

  • Awareness of Microsoft 365 roadmap updates, service changes, and cloud feature rollouts

  • Experience supporting or partnering with governance, security, or compliance teams in a regulated enterprise environment

Position Overview:

This position is primarily responsible for providing assistance for analyzing, implementing, modifying and monitoring application performance. The incumbent monitors server applications and performance and participates in discussions on system requirements and objectives based on business needs and performance goals. The incumbent's decisions greatly impact the corporation and the operational effectiveness of the Technology Department.  
 

Primary Responsibilities:

Provides technical and business support to several defined end user groups. Monitors system health, review logs and reports and escalates issues to vendors. Has technical proficiency with business requirements, application administration and performance and is skilled to work in all phases of hardware, software and application activities.

Analyzes, implements, modifies and monitors application performance. Monitors and tunes server applications and performance. Recommends system requirements and objectives based on business needs and performance goals.  Identifies, explains and resolves application performance issues.

Implements installations and upgrades. Provides technical guidance for business implications of application performance. Assesses and recommends modifications in functions and service to support the evolving needs of the business and growth. Requires good technology project management skills and the ability to communicate with line of business
