THE JOB:
 

As a Bus & Runner at BetMGM Sportsbook & Bar, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the ultimate game-day experience for our guests, where big screens, comfy seats, and the thrill of live sports create an electric atmosphere. With an extensive selection of local brews, wines by the glass, and mouthwatering snacks, our bar transforms watching the game into an unforgettable social event.

In this fast-paced role, your primary responsibility will be to maintain your assigned section, ensuring tables are clean and sanitary while promptly removing dirty dishes and debris. You’ll work closely with our Food Servers to ensure efficient food delivery and outstanding guest service, so patrons can focus on cheering for their teams while enjoying wings, burgers, and more.

THE STARTING RATE: $14.7618 hourly + tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintain food and beverage station in a clean and orderly manner

• Clean and sanitize all equipment

• Keep floors free of debris and spills

• Sweep and mop floor, and empty garbage, as required by the property

• Maintain par stock levels in the beverage station

• Clean and sanitize tables and chairs

• Retrieve orders the warehouse and stock storeroom

• Assist with proper stock rotation

• Run food as required by the Department

• Perform other job-related duties as requested

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 1+ years of previous experience as a busser or food runner

• 1+ years of previous experience in a high-volume restaurant environment

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
