Our on-premises and cloud-based platforms and managed services enable organizations to simplify HR processes, ensure compliance, and focus on strategic people management. We are seeking a Global Senior Business Controller to strengthen our finance function and support the performance of key business areas globally.</span></p><h2><b>Your Responsibilities</b></h2> <ul> <li><span>Deliver in-depth financial analysis and business reviews across the Nordic countries and the Managed Services division globally.</span></li> <li><span>Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models for the region.</span></li> <li><span>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations to drive continuous improvement.</span></li> <li><span>Own the global financial performance of the Managed Services segment, aligning closely with operational, sales, and delivery leadership.</span></li> <li><span>Participate in the development of Power BI dashboards and KPI tracking tools to support business insights and performance monitoring.</span></li> <li><span>Evaluate business cases, analyze customer profitability, and review underlying cost structures to support strategic decision-making.</span></li> <li><span>Contribute to investment planning, transformation initiatives, and broader corporate strategy development.</span></li> <li><span>Take an active role in shaping and improving global controlling processes, systems, and reporting standards within Zalaris.</span></li> </ul><h2><b>Experience and education</b></h2> <ul> <li><span>3–7 years of experience in controlling, financial analysis, or a similar finance role.</span></li> <li><span>Solid understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and reporting processes.</span></li> <li><span>Native Norwegian speaker, fluent in English.
