Technician III, Facilities Maintenance (Position Vacate:03/09/2024)

As a Technician III, Facilities Maintenance for Exterior Services, you will be responsible for conducting minor preventive maintenance repairs for exterior maintenance including, but not limited to roofing, canopies, walls, windows, sidewalks, parking lots, parking garages, bike trails, walking paths, signage, outdoor furniture etc. You will also be responsible for all outdoor hardscape areas addressing the removal of debris, fluid spills etc. as well as operating snow removal equipment during the winter and Exterior events in the summer.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10am to 6:30pm with flexibility

You’ll make an impact by…

• Maintaining and repairing areas and equipment.

• Moving, setting up, or taking down tables, chairs, and furniture for work orders and special events.

• Maintaining worksite according to company policies and procedures.

• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and safety measures.

You’ll sweep us off our feet if…

• You have strong communication skills

• You have equipment operating knowledge i.e. forklift. skid steer, scissor lift, excavator, boom lift etc.

• You have basic computer knowledge and able to enter, edit and update workorder information into our ticketing system

Required Qualifications:

• Must have a valid Driver's License

• Able to work in inclement weather, both hot and cold

• Ability to work at heights
