If you're equal parts storyteller, media strategist, and culture-watcher, this role is for you.</span></span></p><p><span><i><strong>As a brand communications manager, you will…</strong></i></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Develop and lead integrated external communications plans that elevate the Starbucks customer experience <span>through compelling storytelling, media engagement, and proactive reputation management.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Develop narratives, media materials, and proactive and reactive communications strategies that drive awareness and engagement.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Partner across marketing, product, and internal communications teams to deliver coordinated, high-impact go-to-market communications plans</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Shape and land meaningful earned media stories in a fast-paced environment while contributing to a collaborative, the ability to proactively land and shape media stories as part of a highly collaborative team, while acting in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles</span></span></p></li></ul> <p><span><i><strong>We’d love to hear from people with:</strong></i></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Demonstrated experience in consumer or brand external communications, preferably at a global consumer brand and/or at a PR agency (at least 7 years).</span></p></li><li><p><span><span>A well-rounded background in external communications and public relations, equal parts storyteller, strategist, and media expert.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span>Proven media relations experience and writing capabilities (at least 7 years).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience building creative consumer brand campaigns through an earned media lens <span>and earned influencers</span> (at least 7 years).</span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Thrive in highly collaborative environments where great ideas come to life across functions.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Adaptable, curious, and ready to make an impact in a fast-paced, customer-focused business.</span></span></p></li></ul><p><span>As a Starbucks partner, you (and your family) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, and other voluntary insurance benefits.
