The Parts Sales Representative is responsible for quoting parts to customers along with helping acquire parts for projects, ensuring customer satisfaction through knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous service. This role also involves inventory management, order processing, and collaboration with internal departments such as service and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers over the phone, via email and occasionally visit clients.
• Identify and recommend appropriate parts based on customer needs or technical drawings.
• Provide accurate pricing, availability, and delivery information.
• Process parts orders and handle transactions using POS and inventory systems.
• Coordinate with service technicians and internal departments to ensure parts availability.
• Handle returns, warranties, and special orders efficiently.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and new inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.

• Prior experience in parts sales.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with inventory or ERP systems a plus.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
