Description
Job Title: Care Staff
We are excited to announce that we are hiring Care Staff for all shifts. Join our family-oriented team dedicated to serving the senior population. If you have experience in assisted living or customer service, we would love to hear from you. Certified Med Techs will be prioritized in the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate care and support to senior residents
- Assist with daily living activities and personal care
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in assisted living or customer service
- Certification as a Med Tech is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Commitment to providing high-quality care
