Position Details:
- Reporting to: Executive Director.
- Type: Full-time.
- Location: Milford, DE (On-site).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee clinical programming and treatment programs, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards, best practices, and continuous improvement based on patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and safety protocols, fostering a secure environment for patients and staff.
- Supervise and mentor clinical teams while overseeing staff training and professional development to promote accountability, consistency, and high-quality care.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, funding agencies, regulatory bodies, and community partners, while leading efforts to market services, attract referrals, and expand the organization’s reach.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance department to assess and improve clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain open communication with staff, stakeholders, and the board of directors, providing regular reports on progress and key metrics.
