You will report to the SVP &amp; Head of Business Line Neuro Solutions and be responsible for all product planning and product strategy activities within the Business Line.</p><p></p><p>The VP &amp; Head of Product Management leads the product management organization divided over three product lines: Leksell Gamma Knife, Leksell Gamma Plan (software), and Leksell Stereotactic Neurosurgery.<br/> </p><p>Strong leadership abilities are crucial for this position, and to succeed as a leader in this <span>role we</span> think you hold the key quality to turn the seemingly impossible into reality, the complex into understandable and actionable tactics. You must have a sincere interest in long-term development of medical products, and you need to be a team player and thrive at seeing your team succeed.<br/> </p><p><b><span>What you’ll do at Elekta </span></b></p><ul><li>Be an excellent leader and participant in the Management Team of Business Line Neuro Solutions</li><li>Lead and develop the Product strategy for all three product lines</li><li>Represent the product management function in priority and planning of the Neuro Business Line development program</li><li>Proactively engage and collaborate with other functions to ensure knowledge, resources, and technologies are synchronized and optimized, including scouting, and proposing new M&amp;A opportunities for Business Line Neuro</li><li>Build a strong relationship and close collaboration with our Engineering (research &amp; development), Service, Sales &amp; Marketing departments</li><li>Build a strong relationship and close collaboration with our Regulatory and Pricing departments to set strategies for different territories</li><li>Build a strong relationship and close collaboration with our Regional colleagues to ensure strong customer feedback loops</li><li>Manage the product lifecycle (including end-of-life) by gathering customer and market insights, shaping the roadmap, crafting value propositions, developing innovation cases, and launching new products into new regions</li><li>Foremost, work closely together with dedicated product managers from the three prod
