Job Description

QAD is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Service Delivery team in the United States. As a Project Manager you will be leading and managing projects of moderate to large scale within a given business unit.

You will need to be highly organized, with excellent customer facing experience and show high energy and enthusiasm in a busy working environment. You will work with business stakeholders & project sponsors to formulate a clear project plan, and drive action to execute the project. You may also act as subject matter expert and/or consultant for a key functional area of the project.

Your experience managing ERP Implementation projects will be highlight to get this opportunity with our team. 

This is a fully remote position.

What you’ll do:

• Responsible for all elements of a project delivery following project management best practices and standards.
• Work effectively with internal teams and personnel at an international level, adapting communication and engagement appropriately.
• Proactively manage scope and adapt for scope changes.
• Manage delivery issues and risks and create mitigation strategies.
• Manage all project administration activities (project plan, timeline, status reporting, communication plan, change plan, project reviews, and resource management) on a timely basis.
• Escalate all obstacles rapidly that cannot be dealt with promptly that could result in delays, budget overrun or quality issues.
• Projects are of small to moderate scale, based on strategic and business unit objectives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing projects or working in a project management related role, utilizing project management practices.
• Experience in a business environment related to service & support practices and delivery.  Leadership experience is desired, including indirect guidance of work activities of others.  
• Business development and/or service design experience related to Technology Support, IT Service Management, or systems consulting/implementation.
• Baccalaureate’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related disciplines, combined with directly related work experience.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English. Written documentation is clear, concise, written to a level appropriate to the audience, and at a level of detail that leaves little room for questions or misunderstanding. Deliver project status reports and presentations to stakeholder audiences, including senior leadership.
• Google Applications, MS Office, project management software (e.g. Smartsheets, MS Project)  and strong familiarity with information technology business components, and demonstrated ability to adopt and effectively utilize new tools and services. 
• Project management certification or active progress towards such is required (e.g. CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2).  ITIL Foundation certification expected at this level.  May seek related industry certifications.

Compensation Package:

• Base pay range: $96,180 to 164,800 USD Annual (12 Months) 
• Placement within our pay range will vary based on knowledge, skills, experience, and market location variations as well as internal peer equity
• This position is also eligible for an annual company performance bonus
