Visiting Faculty to develop and administer lessons in English to multiple levels of English language learners.Job Description
Visiting Faculty will use texts provided by ELP program and adapt lessons as necessary to meet the needs of diverse learners using communicative instructional methods. Instructor is responsible for managing student assessment, meeting course learning outcomes, and maintaining communication with students and program regarding student progress.
Minimum Qualifications:
Required: Master's in Teaching English for Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL), Applied Linguistics, English, Second Language Acquisition (Foreign Languages), Bilingual Education, Reading and/or Writing Education, TESL or CELTA/DELTA certification.
Consideration will be given to applicants with doctoral degree in Teaching English for Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL), Applied Linguistics, English, Second Language Acquisition (Foreign Languages), Bilingual Education, Reading and/or Writing Education, TESL or CELTA/DELTA certification.
