Location: Ridgewood, NY
Employment Type: Full-Time, day shift, must have open availability including weekends

Responsibilities: 

  • Continue daily tasks and responsibilities as a supervisor  

  • Shadow and learn how to manage daily operations including cross-functional and interdepartmental areas of the business  

  • Deputy Time & Attendance training including scheduling, timecard approvals, and documentation of attendance issues  

  • Identify and suggest creative ways to optimize each employee/customer's experience at DocGo  

  • Participate in new leadership development training  

  • Learn payroll discrepancy and check replacement processes  

  • Complete NinthBrain Learning Management System Overview training  

  • Complete Employee Corrective Action & Conflict Resolution training  

  • Complete Performance Review training for hourly staff  

  • Become familiar with staffing agency and recruiting workflows  

  • Review and strive to obtain a comprehensive understanding of all company policies and procedures  

  • Complete any other duties or training as assigned 

Qualifications: 

  • Experience supervising or managing a large team  

  • Healthcare experience strongly preferred  

  • Scheduling experience  

  • Organization skills  

  • Problem solving skills 

  • Attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • 2 years of licensed driving experience with an acceptable driving record
