The candidate will serve as the central planning leader, aligning commercial demand, manufacturing capacity, inventory strategy, and financial objectives through a robust S&OP process.  The ideal candidate brings deep experience in building scalable planning capabilities in a complex demand inputs environment.  Finally, the candidate must be detail oriented and have exceptional organizational and communication skills, be capable of communicating strategic plans to upper management, summarize data, and effectively manage interactions with stakeholders across functions.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead end-to-end planning processes including demand, supply, capacity, and inventory planning.</li> <li>Develop supply strategies that ensure product availability while optimizing inventory investment and working capital.</li> <li>Translate demand forecasts
